After a successful acquisition of Intel’s Lustre file system business, DataDirect Networks (DDN) now announces a bid to acquire bankrupt storage company, Tintri. The company believes Tintri will enable it to expand its portfolio of enterprise storage solutions that already includes an array of flash, analytics and cloud product portfolio.
